A discovery meeting is an excuse for your company to come meet ours. We have comfortable couches, coffee, water and pop (if Mark and Brendan haven't finished it all) and we want to get to know you and your company; what your goals are, and what we can do to help you achieve them.

Also, we want you to get to know us; we're hoping that the relationship we start at this meeting will be one that lasts a very long time!

Additionally, we'll start putting together an estimated cost of services as well as a scope of work detailing the project and send that off to you once it's ready for your review.

Based on the scope of work, a list of resources will be created detailing things like content, photograpy, video, illustration etc. that the completed website will need before it launches. Some of it will be for you to collect, others will be for us.

It's important to have as much final content as early in the development process as possible, and at a bare minimum we'll need a logo and color palette before moving to the next step...

Taking into account the colors and brand requirements, as well as the content and scope of work we'll begin creating a design for your website. Once a preliminary homepage has been designed, we'll pass it along to you for approval before designing any interior pages necessary.

Design rounds typically take one week in our hands and three days in yours to collect critique, but this varies by project.

Once the homepage and interior have been created and approved we move into the next phase...

Build out is comprised of breaking the visual design out in to smaller modular pieces and adding code behind it to make it all work. Content collected through the process is incorporated, individual pages are built, search engine optimization is put in place, databases are developed, etc.

Once things are built, the working site is revealed to you for last minute approvals, final testing, and minor content revisions.

After being thoroughly tested and retested, we move your site to it's proper hosting location and it becomes available for the world to see.

Once a website is launched, it's essential to keep it updated with new content and information as you company changes and grows. Your website needs to be your conduit to your customers, and in order to properly provide readers with what they want, new content and pages will need to be constantly developed and added.
