What is the best career advice you ever got?
Stop caring about titles. Early on in my career, I just couldn't wait until I got promoted. I learned that doesn't really matter. Just keep working on things you love and good things will happen.
What mistake have you learned the most from?
Never work for or hire someone you don't respect.
What advice would you give young people
trying to break into your business?
Taking feedback as criticism. Feedback is a gift and learning to take it as an opportunity to continue to evolve and develop your skills and not as a criticism is key.
If you were not doing this job,
what would you be doing?
This job. I love what I do. But if this job weren't
available to me, I'd be a Major League Baseball player.
Do you speak another language?
No. …ok, maybe a little Canadian.
What city do you live in?
West Richland, WA
What is the first website you check every day?
What app can't you live without?
Angry Birds for my kids ... and sometimes me.
I love playing softball. I'm definitely a weekend warrior.
